The customer contacted us to clean the algae that was overtaking his property. He had heard of The Trusted Painter, LLC and contacted us to clean several surface areas surrounding his home. We quoted the customer a fair price and scheduled a time to surface wash, power wash, and softwash his home. They were amazed at how it looked after we were done and now they are interested in having their roof soft washed. We explained that the algae on their roof was eating away at the limestone in the shingles. By soft washing the roof, it would help extend shingle life and improve the curb appeal of their home.
